I noticed my recently order have individual tea bag packing is differently. The packing use to be printed and now is simple and plan packing. Quality/Price

Service is good and quick. However, the tea bags not properly packed and tea bag seal/stick with green cover and we loose so many tea bags when we open green cover to take tea bag out of it. Tea bags ripped and not use able. means we waste money. Tea bags should properly packed.

Quality/Price

received quickly but quality and price not that great. Teas bags not properly packed and most of the time ripped when open from package. If not while opening its ripped when you pour hot water in the cup. you should ready to waste money.

Scary package

This was very poorly packaged and contained small, old looking dusty tea bags. Was nothing like what I purchased in the market in NY City. The tea bags were smushed in a sandwich baggie. Will not purchase again.
